I would like to take a moment to introduce our company, A-Z Abrasive CZ s.r.o.
Our focus is on delivering complete solutions for grinding technologies and tools, with the goal of achieving flawlessly sharpened parts—no compromises.

As the saying goes, "The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree…” I come from a family deeply embedded in the abrasive industry (my father was a technical director, my mother a sales professional, and even my sister and I found ourselves helping out in various roles).

From a young age, I was surrounded by discussions of abrasives and commerce. My earliest memories include being captivated by the shiny silicon carbide and corundum tools in my father’s office, which always looked like candy to me.

By the time I was a teenager, I had already started working summer jobs in grinding factories, and later spent 2.5 years as a salesman in the same industry. But something didn’t feel right, and eventually, I was let go. I then decided to create my own company, where I could do things my way. Little did I know how many challenges lay ahead!

Starting my own business came with its ups and downs, but one thing I quickly learned is that success isn’t just about offering quality—there are many more factors at play. Along the way, I’ve faced financial difficulties, technological challenges, and a lack of interest from others in the innovations I was passionate about introducing.

However, with the support of a few experts, a lot of hard work, and an enduring love for the craft of grinding, I’ve been able to solve some of the toughest customer problems, often tackling complex projects that others would shy away from.

My expertise comes from years of experience—countless hours on the road visiting clients, hundreds of grinding processes studied and improved, and endless learning through trade shows, technical literature, and training.

Today, I am proud to say that our solutions help companies—both large and small—gain a competitive edge. And I am excited to continue growing and sharing this knowledge with all of you.
